Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $94,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Essential Functions

  • Work directly on a daily basis with leadership in providing revenue analysis and identifying revenue trends
  • Directly carryout the vision of the team, and the goals of the Trust Company
  • Train team members on department procedures
  • Serve as wealth management financial reporting subject matter expert
  • Serve as a mentor to team members, while supporting management to drive the goals of the team and the company
  • Develop and present in-depth revenue and analysis presentations to Senior Management on an ongoing basis
  • Identify and recommend ways to streamline department processes
  • Provide high level customer service and support to internal Commerce Trust Company (CTC) Administrators, while facilitating the process of revenue reporting, establishing fees for new accounts, updating fees on existing accounts, and overall processing of fees
  • Provide a higher level of accountability in understanding the overall CTC goals and offering alternate solutions to customers to accomplish them. This would include, but not limited to, a wider degree of knowledge on more complex aspects of revenue reporting and analysis
  • Play a key role in how new customers form their first impressions of CTC by supporting customers with an advanced attention to detail and working with Senior Management by providing revenue reporting and analysis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Expert knowledge of the financial service industry and terminology
  • Ability to work with multiple different software for revenue reporting
  • Ability to serve as wealth management financial reporting subject matter expert
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, such as how to utilize formulas, graphs, and pivot tables
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft, Word, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to mentor team members Excellent customer service and relationship building skills and ability to recognize and respond to needs of both internal and external clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 6 years of revenue reporting and analysis experience required
  • Superior background and knowledge of investment management fee and mutual fund fees is required
  • 6 years of experience in trust services, finance, or investment management industry preferred

This compensation range is for the Senior Wealth Management Financial Reporting Analyst job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $80,000 to $94,500 annually.
