The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the SaaS and / or eCommerce talent landscape and experience scaling functions. They have successfully built and managed high performing recruiting teams globally, and LOVE using data to inform recruiting strategy and tactics.
This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA. You will be expected to be onsite 3 days per week.
What You'll Do :
- Develop a global vision and strategy that leads to hiring results, great internal partnerships, operational rigor, and an amazing candidate experience
- Develop and deploy innovative global recruiting processes that enable us to hire top talent at the pace needed to support our growth
- Scale the talent acquisition team, its culture, and its operations through our next stage of growth
- Partner with leadership to source and hire diverse talent
- Strategize with executive leadership on company-wide talent acquisition goals, needs, and operations
- Manage talent acquisition analytics, and using data to inform recruiting strategies
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices; be innovative in service of hiring goals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and position requirements
What You'll Bring :
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD : $166,000 - $250,000 per year.
This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
