Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas
- Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians
- Manage work orders using technology and be comfortable with continuous learning

Requirements:
- One year in the Maintenance Technician I position or two years of previous maintenance technician experience
- Janitorial experience preferred
- Motivation, time management, and the ability to follow instructions working alone or as part of a team
- Intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and installation and repair of flooring
- Poll maintenance experience required
- Able to operate a golf cart and lift up to 75 pounds
- Knowledge and experience using a vacuum cleaner and other janitorial equipment, both manual and power, and handling chemicals with close attention to safety rules

Salary:$26-$28/hour, $50 monthly cell phone stipend
