Identifies recruits and retains profitable customers. Perform a variety of calculating, posting and verifying tasks. Reconcile Bank deposit accounts as well as some general ledger accounts. Serve as back up for Accounting Supervisor. Assist in Fed Wire transfers and maintaining cash position. Assist with Investment Portfolio.

principal duties and responsibilities:
- Reconciles Bank accounts or General Ledger accounts on a daily or monthly basis as assigned.
- Balances Cash daily.
- Work corresponding bank adjustments in a timely manner.
- Originate all types of Fed entries.
- Responsible for dormant letters to be sent quarterly.
- Assists in Fed Wire Transfers and in maintaining bank's cash position.
- Prepare Accounts Payable as needed.
- Provides general support to other areas as necessary.
- Serves as back-up to pre-processing night job.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Quality of work: Work output is good, accurate, neat, planned, and organized. Uses reasonable diligence and skill in performing duties and work assigned. Minimal follow up is required. Consistently meets commitments in a timely manner. Makes sound decisions and within scope of authority, assumes responsibility for actions. Complies with all lawful and clearly stated instructions and with CBTx policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Remote work: Work from home arrangement is contingent on performance and job's suitability to remote work.
Customer satisfaction: Continually display a courteous and helpful level of enthusiasm, and service knowledge with customers. Identifies and solves problems within a reasonable time frame with minimal assistance.
Contribution to organizational
Goals: Is loyal in all fiducial relationships concerning CBTx and acts appropriately to account for and protect all property and money received, entrusted by, or paid out on behalf of CBTx.
Attendance: Prompt and regular in attendance. Very seldom absent or tardy.
minimum qualification:
U.S. Citizen or legally qualified to reside and work in the United States
Over the age of 18 and not disqualified from fidelity bond coverage
standard knowledge
and skills: Above average computer skills. Must have a strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software applications.
