Treasury Management Support Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Cash Management, Remote Deposit, Merchant Services, Lock Box and Positive Pay customers and staff.
• Sets up new customers, handles contracts, training, installations and ongoing support.
• Assist in the retail delivery of the Treasury Management products.
• Assist in the training of the retail staff in Treasury Management products, sales and service.
• Assist the Treasury Management Relationship Officer and Treasury Management Relationship Assistant in day-to-day activities.
• Sets up all new mRDC customers, handles contracts, training, installations and ongoing support.
• Assist with the Merchant Services program to create a liaison between the customer and bank.
• Maintains knowledge of all deposit related products.
• Employee has prompt and regular attendance.
• Complete training and development needed in order to meet or exceed production and service requirements.
• Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
• Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings
• Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis.
• Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Treasury Management experience is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to work well with others
• Excellent math skills
• Tact and public relations expertise
