Commercial Bank is seeking a full-time Systems Analyst to join the IT team at our Harrogate, TN, location.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will consist of maintaining the bank’s IT systems and servers, traveling to branches to give hands-on support and installation, and assisting with upgrades and security resolutions. With the many projects continuously being created, you will collaborate with the entire team and other departments to ensure success.
You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, servers, and applications within an organization, ensuring their smooth operation, security, and optimal performance by managing user accounts, performing backups, and implementing updates and upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with system maintenance and administration. The person should also have experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems. Be resourceful and have a problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience required. Must have experience with databases, networks, and patch management. IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields preferred.
