Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Assist with residential painting tasks as needed
- Act as a porter for the facility, ensuring areas are clean and presentable
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Experience with floor care procedures such as buffing is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
