Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens by regularly sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with custodial duties including waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Act as a porter when required, ensuring the smooth operation of cleaning services throughout the facility.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential painting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with buffing techniques and floor care products.
- Experience in industrial cleaning environments is advantageous.
