Reliable and hardworking.
Great customer service.
Communications skills and ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in janitorial operations strongly prefered
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build relationships with both clientele and franchisees.
Receive and remedy customer complaints.
Conduct quality audits.
Handle the start-up of service to new customers.
Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers.
Train new franchisees.
