We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team.
Job Description: The receptionist will be responsible for buzzing in our clients and visitors into the front lobby, providing exceptional customer service including offering our clients and guests coffee, water, or a seltzer while they wait, ensuring that each visitor is treated with kindness and respect, notifying the appropriate parties when their visitor has arrived, or finding the correct employee to assist with the visitor's needs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Translate conversations and documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.
- Assist with the restocking of office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent translation skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
