Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier/Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient stocking of merchandise.
Duties
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Use RF scanners to track inventory levels
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in cashiering or stocking preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage stocking duties efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking is advantageous
- Forklift operation experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
