ABOUT COMMERCIAL CASEWORK INC.:

Commercial Casework Inc. is one of the Bay Area’s leading Architectural Millwork & Cabinetry Companies. Having been in business since 1976, we are well established in the industry and provide a secure future for those looking to make a career in millwork. We are fortunate enough to be able to provide goods for some of the Bay Area’s top companies. With the recent expansion into a new 30,000sf facility in Sacramento (HQ remains in Fremont, CA) we are looking to grow our team as our company expands.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITY:

-Review architectural drawings and specs to perform full labor and material take-off utilizing BlueBeam and ProjectPAK.

-Provide millwork budgets, bids and change order pricing for variety of project sizes ($10K to $10M)

-Negotiate projects with various Bay Area general contractors

-Negotiate projects with various Sacramento Area contractors

-Manage gross margin to company expectations

-Set expectations and qualify/exclude scope to company standards

-Source specialty materials and pricing

-Review subcontractor quotes for buyout scope

-Review material quotes from vendors

-Communicate millwork scope clearly with employees and customer

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

-Full competence in reading and understanding all construction documents

-Minimum 3 years of millwork/cabinetry estimating experience

-Well organized and detail oriented

-Demonstrated problem solving and decision making ability

-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

-Excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook, BlueBeam)

-Able to effectively communicate/explain scope to architects, designers, general contractors, -subcontractors and vendors

-Experienced in high-end custom architectural millwork scope

Commercial Casework Inc. is comprised of 7 department managers, Director of Operations, CFO and CEO. We continue to innovate our software, our machinery and our employees with the latest technology and tools that the industry has to offer. Our revenues have rebounded since the pandemic and we are now on track to have our best year since being in business. Now, the company is looking to have more managed growth in the years to come, taking on larger/complex custom projects. Our current CEO has been with the company 15 years, starting as an Assistant Project Manager and is looking to take the company another 30 years before passing the torch. Aside from increased sales, we are looking for future employees that can be potential managers as we focus on promoting from within. PAY & BENEFITS:

-Sign-on Bonus of up to $15,000

-Salary: $90,000 to $120,000

-Quarterly Bonus ($15,000 to $30,000/year average)
