Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Repair machinery, equipment, or systems as needed
- Troubleshoot issues to determine root causes
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Assist with facility improvement projects
Requirements
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership capabilities to guide maintenance projects
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Welding skills for metalwork repairs
- Knowledge of logic controllers for machinery troubleshooting
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks
- Capability to fabricate parts when necessary
- Basic electrical knowledge for system repairs

Pay: From $37.00 per hour
