Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures with precision and care
- Assist in specimen collection, labeling, and processing
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure accurate sample handling
- Follow laboratory techniques and protocols for sample analysis
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory work area
- Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent contamination
- Provide support in clinical laboratory operations
- Assist in patient care during sample collection procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred
- Proficiency in specimen collection processing techniques
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure accurate sample handling
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques and procedures
- Ability to perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, and other specimen collection procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling samples
