Janitor

Overview
We are seeking for 2 employees to clean a dealership once a week usually done on Mondays after 6pm.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms by restocking supplies, cleaning fixtures, and ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and stripping as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with commercial cleaning tasks in various settings including offices, warehouses, and public areas.
• Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, recycling management, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an advantage.
• Skills in porter services or residential painting can be beneficial for this role.
• Knowledge of floor care practices including buffing and maintenance is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
