Duties
- Oversee daily operations, budgeting, expense management, scheduling, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct interviews for new hires, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock organization and replenishment.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Perform walk throughs, site visits.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
- Utilize math skills for accurate reporting and inventory management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail or similar environment.
- Strong training development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent interviewing skills with a keen eye for talent.
- Proficient in sales management techniques and store operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices and stock control.

- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays.
