We are seeking a reliable and organized Executive / Personal Assistant who is a self-starter to support a busy executive in both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare documents.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage personal tasks such as household organization, errands, and personal appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the executive’s day runs smoothly.
