The Site Supervisor at Commercial Cleaning Corp. supports, leads, and directs the employees in a designated account to operational success and will work on a shift from Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm . Responsible for the accounts' positive and effective leadership, operation, and management. Maintains standards of excellence. The Site Supervisor will be a role model and demonstrate the company’s core values. The Site Supervisor will provide high-quality, reliable, and professional services. This is a KEY role within the company and offers an opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and supports the cleaning of customer sites/locations following policies, principles, and procedures established by Commercial Cleaning Corp. management.
- Supporting sites with active supervision and cleaning of facilities.
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the client and ensure the client is retained by providing the best service levels following their contract.
- Ensures staff are efficiently using materials, machines, and effective cleaning processes.
- Assure that client’s needs are expeditiously addressed with a sense of urgency, meeting response time requirements.
- Keeps the Area manager and operations office informed regarding customer concerns and needs and promptly addresses all issues.
- Preparation and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as management requires.
- Manages Front Line Employees
- Conducts one-on-one training as needed
- Supplement site inspections & follow-up plans
- Work closely in a team-like manner with Area Manager and follow up on tasks generated. (Example: talk with an employee because of poor performance)
- Assist in building the management team as the need arises, and the budget allows, under the direction of OP Senior Management
- Other tasks and projects requested by the client and/or Area Manager.
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills - including the ability to communicate effectively with our workforce, which is primarily Spanish-speaking.
- Capability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, collaborate, and solve problems creatively.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising a janitorial operation is required.
