Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Conduct thorough commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
