Office Cleaner/Cleaning Position

Cronograma:

De lunes a viernes comenzando a trabajar entre las 5:30 p. m. y las 6:30 p. m. y trabajando entre 4 y 6 horas cada noche.

Calificaciones:

DEBE TENER AUTOMÓVIL PROPIO.

Se prefiere hablar inglés pero no es obligatorio.

Debe poder levantar al menos 30 libras.

Responsabilidades:

- Realizar tareas de limpieza rutinarias como quitar el polvo, barrer, trapear y pasar la aspiradora.

- Vaciar los contenedores de basura y reemplazar las bolsas.

- Limpiar y desinfectar los baños, incluidos inodoros, lavabos y accesorios.

- Recargar dispensadores de jabón y reponer productos de papel.

- Limpiar ventanas, superficies de vidrio y espejos.

- Mantener un inventario de suministros de limpieza y notificar al supervisor cuando sea necesario reponer los suministros.

- Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad y utilizar equipos de protección personal (EPI) adecuados.

- Adherirse a las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa con respecto a los estándares de limpieza y saneamiento.

Requisitos:

- Se prefiere, pero no es obligatorio, experiencia previa en limpieza comercial o trabajos de conserjería.

- Capacidad para operar equipos de limpieza industrial de forma segura y eficaz.

- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones.

- Buena resistencia física y capacidad para realizar tareas repetitivas durante largos períodos de tiempo.

- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo para garantizar que las tareas se completen dentro de los plazos designados.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday starting work between 530pm and 630pm and working between 4 and 6 hours each night.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE OWN AUTOMOBILE.

English speaking preferred but not mandatory.

Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures - Refill soap dispensers and restock paper products - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards

Requirements: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred but not mandatory - Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
