Cleaner/Janitorial

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including, commercial, and industrial environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facility, ensuring that all areas are safe, clean, and welcoming for employees and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by regularly cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Carry out commercial and industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor building security by checking doors and windows after hours.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles helpful. .
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. .
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
