We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all occupants.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event cleanup.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

• Afternoon shift
