Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Night Time Janitorial Staff. This is a 1099 subcontractor position, which means you’ll work independently and handle your own taxes. You'll help keep our facilities clean, safe, and looking their best during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas as assigned
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Take out trash and recycling; replace liners as needed
- Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
- Follow cleaning checklists and complete tasks with attention to detail
- Report any damages or maintenance issues
- Maintain cleaning equipment and uphold safety standards
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move for long periods
- Must work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must be legally eligible to work and provide a W-9 form
- 1099 position – you will be responsible for your own taxes
