Job Summary
As a Site Superintendent (per project travel), you will oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Essential Functions:
· Thoroughly understand all drawings and scopes of work to help direct and solve problems for subcontractor(s) daily.
· Manage the project schedule by ensuring transparency in the field and proactively forecasting any issues and recommending solutions.
· Execute the 4-2-2 Call Process and effectively manage the subcontractors on site.
· Ensure CCM Quality and Safety via:
o Be organized in all aspects of documentation and physical site conditions.
o Enforce a clean and safe jobsite.
o Facilitate or inspect subcontractor training on quality and safety.
o Ensure CCM Safety Measures are being implemented on site.
· Communicate clearly and regularly with the owner’s representatives to assure them of CCM’s commitment to quality, safety and compliance (environmental, code, local ordinances, etc.) within budget and safety first focused.
· Proactively ensure all rental equipment is well maintained and managed proactively.
· Ensure the site is secured daily as it relates to safety, trespass, security and integrity.
· Understand the full scope of work for each subcontractor(s) to manage them effectively.
Skills and Abilities:
· Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
· Functional level proficiency with Microsoft Excel including the ability to understand formulas and content impact on the overall project.
· High level competency with Construction Industry Software such as be Builder-trend, Plan Grid, Auto Desk & Yooz (for invoices) plus related verbiage and other similar knowledge.
· High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including sub-contractors, owners, federal/state/local officials in various roles.
· Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities for field deployed resources such as labor focus, supplies and equipment, rentals and vendor deployments.
· Ability to organize/orchestrate a high volume of projects with little or no guidance.
· Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
· Able to maintain an elevated level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information.
· Excellent judgment in finding reasonable outcomes in the field is essential.
· Willingness to travel, extended site residency may be required at times.

Minimum Education / Experience:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent, BS or BA degree in construction management is preferred,
· 3-5years related field experience with COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION may be substituted for degree,
· High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
