Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Vice President, located in Charlotte, NC. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for leading the company's strategic initiatives, managing and growing key client relationships, and overseeing the performance of various business segments. This role includes developing and implementing operational policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving revenue growth. The incumbent will also collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve long-term goals and provide mentorship to junior staff members.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial equipment finance and related industries
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
• Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships
• Experience with policy development and implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Willingness to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
