Job Description: AM- Production Associate

Location: Gallatin, TN, 37066

Skills: We are a fast-growing family-owned company, searching for an experienced warehouse production associate to join our team in our aluminum and glass storefront door department. We prize speed and accuracy above all else, so we're looking for someone who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely, double-check his or her work before completing a task and take pride building and assembling our storefront aluminum doors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Review work order thoroughly and check all material for defects/damage before cut or assembly begins.
• Assemble product per work order, perform quality check on final build, and verify accuracy of measurements
• Report issues to department lead as necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent Attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communications
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Familiar with basic tools such as hand drills, wrenches, etc.

Education and Experience:

• High School or Equivalent (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand the entire shift
• Ability to lift 50lbs
