COMMERCIAL DOOR WORX INC. is a growing leader in commercial entry door, dock door, service and maintenance industry. We provide commercial entry and dock door services across Virginia,North and South Carolina including Florida.
As an operations manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the business and answer calls over the phone for service and create service tickets. You will also manage all employees for the business. You will also assist with invoicing, recordkeeping, and accept incoming inventory and maintain office supplies. Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks online are a plus.
The ideal candidate should have strong administrative experience and have 5 years’ experience in the door and hardware business. A sales background will be a plus. Strong communication and organization skills and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as an operations manager, preferably in the door service industry field.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must have exceptional verbal / written communication skills.
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire; must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Will manage & develop skilled field technicians and office personnel with a common goal of providing top level service with a focus on minimizing labor costs and maximizing profit
- Directly lead commercial entry door service business with a high degree of customer interfacing
- Manage, train, develop and hire personnel that perform commercial door service construction project work at customer job sites, as well as manage, lead and develop office and warehouse personnel
- Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans for improvements
