Job Description:
We are a CDL Vocational School seeking a strong, self-starter to manage our daily operations. The ideal candidate would need strong verbal and written skills, an excellent phone manner, be detail oriented and have good organizational skills. This position will require extensive experience in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing in an office setting. Bi-lingual is a plus. Knowledge of the CDL Industry is also a plus but willing to train. This position offers tremendous growth potential.
1 full week of training required at our main campus in West Babylon, NY. All expenses paid.
Responsibilities to include:
· Manage incoming calls to schedule specialized training and road tests with the DMV
· Sales and Marketing Proposals to new and existing fleet companies
· Organizing records and billing for training that is completed
· Collection of payments
* Payroll and Human Resource related tasks
· Provide additional support to our staff on daily activities
Skills to include:
· Proven 10 year work history in a similar office setting
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
**Additional Salary Detail:
We also offer a commission on top of salary to be discussed upon hire.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Opportunity for overtime.
