Field Service Representative

Field Service Representative position with an electronic repair service company that has advancement opportunities. Small company atmosphere with large company benefits, such as vacation, personal leave, bonuses, retirement plan and more.

Representative will interact with customer’s and use a business class mobile smart phone to catalog, sort, and perform equipment pickup/delivery services at customer locations within a defined territory. This will involve overnight travel leaving Monday morning and not returning until Friday evening.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily routes using a company van to pick up damaged equipment from customers and deliver repaired equipment back to customers
• Organize and maintain equipment transfer storage space
• Cooperate with sales team and share information across the organization
• Coordinate pickup times and locations with customer contacts to meet their needs
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Sell upgrades and modifications we offer for customer’s equipment
• Meet pre-defined sales objectives.

Requirements

• Pass Drug Test and Background Check
• Possess Valid Driver License
• Need to be in good physical condition and able to lift 75 pounds
• Overnight travel leaving Monday and returning Friday evening.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications is a plus
• Good at building and maintaining customer relations
