What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly and Manufacturing position at Commercial Employees?
We are filling Assembly and Manufacturing positions in Canonsburg for a premier manufacturer of world-renowned cookware. These Direct Hire positions (not temp to hire) start at $20 / hour, with OT available and fast increases to over $23.50.
Must have Manufacturing / Production / Factory experience for consideration of this position.
In these Assembly and Manufacturing positions, you may be involved in a variety of phases of production, including:
- Stamping sheet metal into blanks
- Running hydraulic presses to form products
- Operating buffing machines for finishing
- Performing riveting, QA / QC and final assembly
- Packaging in preparation for shipping
Assembly and Manufacturing Requirements:
- Monday through Friday Swing Shift role – rotate between 1st and 2nd Shifts
- OT and weekends available
- Background Check and Drug Screen required
- High school grad or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation (not on bus line)
