Assembly / Trimmer

We are hiring several Assembly/Trimmer positions in the Leetsdale area with a starting wage range of $18.40- $21.50 per hour. Several shifts available for this Direct Hire opportunity. The Assembly/Trimmer will pull material, assemble, test and inspect a variety of tanks.

Assembly/Trimmer Responsibilities & Duties:

• Test all tanks coming from molding operation.
• Trims all tanks after molding operation.
• Assembles all required products and inspects material for compliance to manufacturing specifications using the work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings and instructions.
• Uses various hand-tools, power-tools (screwdriver and electric drill),torch, taps , and glues for assembling and handling tanks and components.
• Operates overhead crane as needed.
• Utilizing company-wide company wide computer system to check on stock, access engineering drawings, check on work order status and other job-related manufacturing transactions as required.

Assembly/Trimmer Requirements:

• Prior Assembly experience.
• Overhead crane experience.
• Experience in fluid power industry and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required or work–equivalent job experience.
• Ability to work Overtime as required.

• Competitive wage range with pay increases every 3 months.
• 2nd shift (2p – 10:30p) starts at $18.40 - $19.40 / hour
• 3rd shift (10p – 6:30a) starts at $18.40 - $19.90 / hour

• Must be able to pass background check & drug test.
