What will you do in our Recruiter position:
- Provide Recruiting support for multiple branches and the clients serviced from those branches – local travel between offices is common
- Use Applicant Tracking System to manage and coordinate all aspects of the Recruiting process and the candidate experience
- Manage high volume of outbound and inbound texts and calls with candidates to fill job assignments
- Place candidates in a variety of light industrial job assignments
- Provide excellent customer service for our clients and candidates
- Collaborate with Clients, Candidates and fellow members or our Recruiting Team
Recruiter Requirements and Skills:
- Grit, drive and determination to overcome hurdles
- Recruiting and ATS experience preferred
- Flexibility in addressing dynamically changing staffing needs
- The desire to contribute to a growing team
Pay and Benefits for our Recruiter hire:
- Strong Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurances
- $50 - $60 k annual salary, plus Incentives that can reach $75K
