Commercial Employees is hiring a full-time Recruit er for the Charleston market.
Your primary role as a Recruiter is to manage the recruiting process and fill clients’ temporary staffing needs with high-caliber light industrial talent. This regular, full-time position is primarily in North Charleston, with Summerville being a possibility. Base salary range of $50 – 55k, plus commissions and benefits.
Recruit er Role and Background :
- Recruit, Interview and Onboard candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and fill their temporary staffing needs.
- Manage Candidate Pipelines using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Texting platforms.
- Recruiting and Staffing Industry experience are preferred, but not required.
- Heavy computer and phone use (sitting usually 60 – 70 % each day).
- High School diploma or equivalent. An HR or Business degree is helpful, but not required.
- Should be a self-starter who can work independently and with minimal supervision.
- If you have the right attitude, great customer service skills, and a desire to grow, we can train you to be successful.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
