We are hiring a Shear Operator for a well-known industrial spring manufacturer in Pittsburgh. This Shear Operator schedule is Monday through Friday 4a – 12p with a starting payrate of $19.59 per hour.
Shear Operator Job Duties :
- Measure the correct size, length, and number of pieces produced for specific work orders.
- Use of overhead cranes to load material onto machine.
- Proper handling of burn equipment while maintaining cleanliness of work area.
- Unloading shipments of material.
- Operate a forklift to move product across the production floor.
