We are filling Shipping & Receiving positions for a well established company located in McKees Rocks. This Shipping & Receiving role has a starting pay rate of $16 - $19 / hr.
Must have experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and operating ERP systems!
Shipping & Receiving Schedule :
Monday – Friday 8a – 4 : 30p
Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities :
Oversee all shipping & receiving activities in the warehouse.
Operate forklifts to load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
Create accurate and detailed Bills of Lading (BOLs) for all outgoing shipments.
Schedule trucks for shipments and coordinate with third-party logistics providers.
Use the company’s ERP system to log shipping and receiving information.
Determine shipping pricing and apply appropriate markups.
Create shipping labels and ensure proper inventory control.
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions.
Shipping & Receiving Qualifications :
Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse setting.
Proficiency in operating forklifts.
Ability to create accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Experience with ERP systems for logging shipping and receiving information.
Knowledge of shipping pricing and markups.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure inventory control.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
