We are looking for a Brand Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing sales policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.
CEP is a energy broker in the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey area. We are looking for full time associates that want to grow and develop into leadership positions and move into a career role. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM. We are in person and hybrid.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
- Determine product demand and customer awareness
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
