Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively promote our products
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and people skills
- Ability to confidently engage with potential customers and build positive relationships
- Basic understanding of sales or customer service processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
