Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business-to-Business Energy Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities within the energy sector to expand our customer base. You will build relationships with potential clients, conduct outreach, and contribute to the growth of our business through proactive prospecting and market research. Additionally, you will support the sales team in guiding prospects through the sales process, ensuring an excellent experience for new and existing customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential business clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce our energy solutions and services.
• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging referrals to grow our customer base.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the business development and sales teams to deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that meet the unique needs of potential clients.
• Relationship Building: Follow up with leads and prospects, nurturing relationships to keep the sales process moving forward.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and track sales progress in our CRM system.
• Solution Alignment: Understand customer needs and recommend energy solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Learning & Application: Develop and apply effective business development and sales strategies to support the growth of our energy solutions offering.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support outreach campaigns and maintain strong communication with potential clients.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Qualifications:

• No prior business development or sales experience required; a strong desire to learn and grow in the energy sector is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with potential business clients.
