Commercial Fitness Products, Inc., one of the fitness industry's leading equipment distributors, has an immediate opening for a self-motivated individual to generate sales leads, and assist our outside Sales & Service Teams.
The responsibilities for the position will include the following:
Primary Responsibility – Research, Telemarketing & Customer Service - finding & contacting customers via phone & email to create sales opportunities for sales staff.
Other duties -
- Preparing & submitting Sales Quotations & Service Estimates
- Data Entry – Invoicing & Database Management
- Incoming phone reception
- Prepare travel schedule for Sales Reps in the field
- Communicate with customers regarding payments
- Assist in scheduling Service, Maintenance & Equipment Deliveries
- General clerical office duties for Fort Myers Office
- Online parts sourcing at the direction of Service Manager
- Receive in-bound shipments of Parts & Supplies
- Assist in sales of Pre-Owned Equipment
- Customer communication regarding sales and service.
- Research of new construction leads
- Other reasonable tasks
CFP needs someone who has previous administrative & clerical experience...shows up on time, and can provide sales support via outbound research calls and internet searches. While we do not sell over the phone...we do need to uncover the need for our equipment & services.
CFP represents over 12 different lines of brand name products throughout the state and into the Caribbean. With offices in Orlando, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa, and Puerto Rico, CFP is expanding and needs a hardworking, personable individual to assist in growing our business. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Good communication skills both verbal & written - required
- Experience with the sales process
- Light Bookkeeping Experience – helpful
- Clerical experience - required
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft software - preferred
- Can provide a large volume of customer communication
- Willingness to commit to research via internet search
- Capability to learn & use ACT Sales Software
- Working knowledge of various basic software programs
- Dependable, Reliable, Trustworthy & Loyal
- Eager to work in a small business environment
- Pleasant demeanor and professional presence
- Sales Experience - helpful
- Enthusiastic & Energetic
- Capability to work independently
CFP’s Fort Myers office is conveniently located on Topaz Court, just off Metro Parkway, between Daniels & Colonial.CFP will provide sales training to successful candidate. Additional sales responsibilities or direct sales position likely for the right person.
