Job description – Leasing Officer
Company Description Commercial Funding Partners (CFP) is a major, nationwide presence in the lending space for leasing equipment and business expansion. We facilitate large-ticket leases from $100,000 to $100,000,000, with terms ranging from 18-72 months, and help clients maximize the tax and accounting benefits of leasing. Our focus on equipment leasing and finance enables us to provide our clients with a highly personalized and specialized approach, so that they can efficiently and effectively access the financing they need to drive their business forward.
Role Description
As a Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for preparing/organizing lease documentation packages, following up with customers to obtain required information, working with vendors and other related third parties, and supporting all operational functions for multiple transactions in a timely manner. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity, and ensure that all documentation is processed correctly and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time role located in Draper, UT, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in lease or commercial loan documentation, finance, or related operations / back-office roles
2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
4. Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
5. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Familiarity with lease documentation regulations and requirements and UCC filings
7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
