Job Title: Construction Superintendent - Interior Renovation Project

Location: Sarasota, FL.

Salary: $1,600 to $1,900 per week based on experience.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced working Construction Superintendent to oversee an interior renovation project in Sarasota FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.

· Manage and assist subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project schedules and specifications.

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

· Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

· Proficient in project management software and tools.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
