This role is vital to our operations, requiring a hands-on approach to ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards and operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down equipment.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines to ensure equipment reliability.
- Record and maintain accurate daily logs of equipment usage, work performed, and report job expenses in the company’s app.
- Provide detailed job notes for customer reporting and maintain updates in Slack.
- Conduct daily task in the equipment yard located in Ball Ground, GA.
- Deliver and pick up equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
· Schedule Flexibility
o Ability to work nights, weekends, and respond to on-call emergency calls 24/7.
o Minimum of 40 hours per week commitment.
· Physical Requirements
o Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
o Experience loading/unloading equipment.
· Licenses and Certifications
o Valid ID with clean driving record (No DUIs).
o Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
o Pass and maintain a DOT physical and acquire a medical card.
· Skills and Experience
· Previous knowledge of pulling and backing trailers.
· Carpentry skills, including boarding up entry ways and constructing containment walls.
· Little to no experience in diagnosing generators, desiccants and ACs but is eager to learn.
· Has or is currently learning basic knowledge of running lay flat.
· Has or is currently learning hooking up flex ducting to desiccants and ACs.
· Ability to carry heavy distribution cables.
· Can hook up spider boxes and power cables but is not able to turn on power or diagnose power issues.
· Proficiency in computer skills for communication and documentation using company laptop.
