Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down equipment.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines to ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide detailed job notes for customer reporting and maintain updates in Slack.
• Conduct daily task in the equipment yard located in Ball Ground, GA.
• Deliver and pick up equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

· Schedule Flexibility

o Ability to work nights, weekends, and respond to on-call emergency calls 24/7.

o Minimum of 40 hours per week commitment.

· Physical Requirements

o Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.

o Experience loading/unloading equipment.

· Licenses and Certifications

o Valid ID with clean driving record (No DUIs).

o Must have a TWIC Card.

o Must maintain a DOT physical and required medical card.

o Must have OSHA 10 and 30 certifications.

o Must have CDL license.

o Minimum of WRT certification.

o E3 certification.

o Forklift certified.

Skills and Experience

· Proficient in pulling and backing trailers.

· Capable of powering on generators and verifying proper voltage.

· Skills in powering and operating desiccant units and ACs.

· Experienced in setting up post-cool and pre-cool configurations for desiccant systems.

· Competent in writing detailed daily notes for customers and using Slack for efficient documentation and communication.

· Adept at diagnosing and troubleshooting skills for basic technical issues.

· Expert in setting up and running lay flat.

· Skills in carpentry for boarding up entry ways and constructing containment walls.

· Understands the operation of small portable gear, including dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and air movers.

· Changing filters and monitoring equipment performance.

· Experience in replacing leaking purge pumps.

· Thorough understanding of desiccants and AC operations.

· Skilled in connecting and managing flex ducting for desiccants and ACs.

· Capable of setting up and monitoring multiple desiccants and AC units simultaneously.

· Knowledgeable in creating and managing complex desiccants and AC setups, including board-ups.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting performance levels for desiccants and ACs.

· Strong power generation skills, including setup and troubleshooting

· Capable of handing and transporting heavy distribution cables.

· Proficient in connecting spider boxes and power cables.

· Skilled in initiating power generation and confirming proper voltage.

· Experienced in diagnosing and resolving power-related issues.

· Competent in setting up and managing power cables and distribution systems.

· Capable of trouble shooting power grids and resetting tripped breakers.

· Proficient in using company laptop for communication and documentation tasks.

· Capable of recording and maintaining accurate daily logs of equipment usage, work performed, and report job expenses in the company’s app.
