Warehouse Stock Clerk Job description
Description:
Support all request and logistics movement of materials per Aeronautical Engineers Inc standards.
Perform shipping and receiving functions including stocking of parts and supplies.
Maintain accurate stock levels to guarantee materials availability to avoid service disruptions due to parts.
Perform operational warehouse activities of stocking , loading and unloading trucks, preparing and packaging parts for ship out.
Responsibilities:
Cycle Counts: Will perform cycle counts accurately verifying quantity and quality.
Shelf life: Maintain current shelf life status on required parts.
Inventory Levels: Demand and issue all parts in order to maintain accurate inventory.
Aviation material knowledge: Familiarity with part numbers, descriptions and handling functions.
Multi task: Able to handle several assignments at the same time while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Attention to detail: Be able to perform the job duties and keep a complete and correct information in all assign activities.
Adjust to continuous change in conditions while maintaining productivity and meeting the overall goals of the department.
Requirements:
High level of Customer Service skill to include internal and external customers.
2 or more years of warehouse environment experience (Aviation related a plus)
Inventory background (preferred)
Forklift driving experience and/or certification (preferred)
Experience with computers and Inventory Management systems (preferred)
Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis in Excel.(preferred)
Able to lift 50lbs.
