Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role
- Manage inside sales activities for aftermarket parts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales or service opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotations, process orders and track shipments.
- Collaborate with external sales teams, service teams, and supply chain departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and recommend aftermarket parts solutions that align with customers’ operational needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and order status in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities in order to effectively sell and upsell.
- Assist with resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and product compatibility.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective lead generation and qualification strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Ensure seamless customer success and establish internal feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

- Must possess 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in aftermarket parts sales or a related industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ERP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze business models and identify growth and process improvement opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a results driven mindset.
- Familiarity with aftermarket parts and national account sales preferred.
