Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVACR systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration, and air conditioning units.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into new builds.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to clients.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in cooking equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems
- Proficient in construction and service technician roles
- Strong understanding of schematics and HVAC design
- Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems
- Field service experience with appliance repair and property maintenance
- Familiarity with cooking equipment, refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Ability to operate an ohmmeter and conduct equipment repairs
- Valid driver's license for van operation
