Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using computerized systems.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities for discounting during customer interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Inbound calling techniques and strategies.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Bilingual a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
