Position Summary:
This position is required to demonstrate proficient operating and communication skills with an ability to perform various manufacturing operations, primarily press operation and related duties.

Position Expectations:
- Performs the following operations, including, but not limited to:
- Operates molding machine (part retrieval)
- Operates structural foam machines (part retrieval)
- Conducts product handling, packaging, and containment of non-conforming product
- Performs secondary operations, including, but not limited to: inserting, drilling, milling, trimming, using the hot iron, wrapping with plastic, assembling, tapping, strapping, heat staking, in-mold decorating, insert molding, fixturing, etc.
- Performs all other assignments as required

Essential Requirements:
Able to lift 60 lbs to shoulder height on an on-going basis
Push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop on an on-going basis
Grip and hold parts for quality inspection
Use miscellaneous hand tools
Stand for extended periods of time
Personal Protective Equipment:
Safety glasses are required in all production areas of the facility
Open-toed shoes are prohibited in production areas
Cut-resistant gloves are required when using cutting/sharp tools
Respirator, as needed, if qualified and passed required screening
Hearing protection, as needed in required areas
Work Environment:
Factory environment
Exposure to high temperatures, noise
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM: Sunday- Thursday
