Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop high-level project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret construction schematics and blueprints; strong AutoCAD skills a must
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and find solutions in a timely manner
