Job Title: Installer
Reports to: Field Superintendent
Primary Focus: Completing high quality installation services of recreational equipment and systems while performing individually or as a team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned duties in conformance with established company, manufacturer, and trade practices, guidelines, policies, conventions, and customs.
- Exhibit and maintain the highest standards of personal (and team member) conduct.
- Adhere to, and support safety rules and guidelines at all times.
- Execute all work strictly in accordance with project and installation plans and specifications, perform all work in a workmanlike manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education, Background & Skills:
- Possesses a valid Driver's License, good driving history, and dependable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- AA/AS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field (desired).
- BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field (desired).
- Have 6 to 18 months of field construction experience.
- Possession OSHA 10 certification (desirable).
- Basic understanding of standard construction and trade practices (low-voltage electrical, plumbing, concrete work, and excavation is desired).
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans and/or drawings (desired)
- Basic knowledge of office productivity software (Word, Excel, and Teams).

Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Physical Activities:
Able to meet the physical requirements of field construction work including ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. (individual limit) and 100 lbs. (team lifts).
Level of Visual Acuity:
Viewing of computer and device screens as required to perform field or office work.
Environmental Conditions:
Work is primarily performed outdoors in the sun, rain, wind, heat, cold, etc.
Travel Needs:
- This position will require overnight and weekend travel to various work sites during the construction season (March -November).
- Ideal candidates would live within commuting distance of Verona, WI or St. Paul, MN.

- This position is classified as Non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and subject to the requirement for payment for any hours worked above 40 in a week (overtime) at one and a half times the hourly rate in effect for this position. All overtime hours must be arranged and approved in advance by the supervisor.
